Interesting little matter-of-fact story. Some readers might not appreciate the lack of emotion on the part of the narrator, but it seems to me work well. No indication whether this is 'to be continued', but it works well as a stand-alone short. EDIT: The second chapter felt a little more sinister, and your heroine seems to be well started down her slippery slope. I like your writing style. You get a little more inside her head this time, and she's feeling more desperate. (8/10)

- thanks for the feedback. It's actually my first story. I'm thinking of putting together a second part.
