Very good. Looking forward to more, and for now will satisfy myself by going and reading Market Forces. (10/10)

- Thanks for the score. I aim to post another chunk this week, although it will take a few days to appear as always. I hope you enjoy Market Forces, its quite a substantial story - this one won't be as long!

- Second part is almost as good as the first, though I was kind of put off by the "Oh, by the way, Karen is a lesbian" thing. Not that it was badly written, just that even if she were a lesbian she wouldn't have been so sexually receptive in that situation.

- Fair criticism, BMT. I guess I was trying for a bit of relief after the rather brutal scenes earlier but I guess I could have done this differently and made it more credible.

- Thanks for your review, glad you're enjoying it. I hope to be out of hospital fairly swiftly - at least it will give me the chance to indulge my fetish for nurses. :-) I'm going to try to post another chunk before I go in.

I enjoy Freddie's writing. Market Forces was very well written and had good character development with several different plot lines. This appears to be off to a better start. The writing is better. The character development is good. The story is more patient and promises to be better. I look forward to how the story develops. I also hope that he keeps the story from going off on too many tangents to highlight Freddie's creative imagination. A 10 or 12 chapter book would be preferable to the very long Market Forces (which I enjoyed, but grew tired of). (9/10)

- I should have said parts not chapters above. Pardon my mistake. The chapters are short, the parts are long.

- Gnuman, thanks for this. I'm glad you're enjoying it. If I'm honest Market Forces went on for longer than I planned. Even I was getting a bit tired of it by the end but it spawned some interesting spin-offs, including this one. Rest assured it's nothing like as long - I'm aiming for around 20 chapters posted in four or five parts.
