Most thought it was just two people having joyful fun in the distance as
they sped quickly along (it was not uncommon for kids to be giving each
other joy-rides on a speeding wagon, and Tina's arms were around her head,
palms outward, and her hands were behind her neck - a position associated
with fun and not with nakedness since it looked like she wasn't even trying
to cover anything). Also, she was being dragged on a wagon with a bike and it
looked like a joy-ride, as compared to an awkward scene if Carrie had pushed
her in a wheelbarrow, things would have looked out of place and suspicious.

she freed her. Surprisingly, as Carrie untied her legs first, Tina didn't get

Her bones were stiff and crackling, but she got up and ran behind the
nearest tree, crouched down and spread her shaking legs. As a final encore

strip her again, and tie her up again for tomorrow (if not longer, in a
different neighborhood). Nevertheless, Tina did not attack, and another
situation was avoided.
